Stopped for a quick bite after a long days drive. Have eaten here before and it's really hit or miss. Tonight, the chicken was cold and chewy. The potatoes tasted like the gummy, instant, just add water kind. The only redeeming quality is their biscuits, wich sadly were left out of our to go order. Won't be eating there again any time soon.

This may be the most short-staffed Popeyes in the nation. Always excruciating wait times.

5:45pm visit on a Monday. Obviously, a fast food restaurant does not cook to order. But the 'cajun fries' I was given had to be a minimum of 3 hours old - cold, rubbery, just disgusting. I question if they were even held in a warmer or under a heat light. Two of them were enough for me to look for a trash can. The chicken tenders were good, and I bet are very good if you got them close to the time they are cooked. Biscuit was good. The restaurant was dirty. The soft drink area gross. Trash piled high. Tables hadn't been wiped clean and when they did it was with a soaking wet rag and all debris was just swept onto the floor. Even the windows are dirty and the window sills really dirty. Count me as someone who will never come again!

I wasn't sure they'd still be open, but I pulled off the freeway at 9:55pm. The chairs were put away so they could clean up. The door was still open and the mgr greeted me politely and said "We close in 5 minutes, but how can I help you". She packed up my order of deliciousness with a smile and sent me on my way !! Very Satisfied:)

Way way way over priced!!! Smallish portions, bordering on tiny!!! This isn't my spot to eat normally, but as a truck driver with limited options between Seattle and Cle Elum/ Ellensburg and this being a fuel stop.... what you gonna do??? Saving grace, get the 4 piece box with a biscuit for $5 At least they don't bitch at you and tell you no for wanting all thighs

Horrible, horrible customer service. We are local and have been here half a dozen times. Chicken is hit & miss. Customer service is just terrible ..... my daughter and I AND another couple walked out last time I was there. I have seen the same management since it opened. That needs to change before I go back. Burned out people should never be in management.

If I could give this no stars, I would. We had never been to Popeyes before and saw this one as we were headed to Seattle. We figured we would stop in and try it. It was near lunch time and the parking lot was packed. Must be the spot, right? Upon entering, we discovered all of the patrons from the cars in the parking lot were in the country kitchen that's adjacent to Popeyes. That didn't deter us. Even the menu price, at $9 for a combo didn't deter us. We usually don't eat fast food, so it's possible that we aren't on the up and up with combo pricing but for our recent college grad budget that was a bit much. I ordered the chicken po boy - spicey. My fiancé ordered the chicken strip combo spicey as well. I think I got "spicey" but I'm really not sure. My fiancé definitely didn't get spicey chicken. And then there's the sauce. He ordered blackened ranch and I ordered spicey buffalo. In our bag was a single BBQ. What? Good thing we checked. I go to exchange the BBQ and in return get spicey buffalo and regular ranch. When I tell the lady (now for the third time) he wanted and ordered blackened ranch, she rolls her eyes and gets it right - finally. The po boy was nothing more than a little mayo, a couple strips of lettuce and a very dry piece of chicken. Oh and mine came with "rice n beans". Now, I have family from the deep south so this isn't a new concept to me. But these were terrible. Cold. Runny. Yuck.

Shh! It's a secret! On your way across the pass, you will be tempted to stop at the main North Bend area with many fast food options. Don't do it. At exit 34, a new Popeye's quietly popped up at the Snoqualmie Valley Travel Center of America (i.e. truck stop). And since this is a new location, it's pretty clean and they seemed happy to serve even us non-truck drivers. If you already know Popeyes, you know they're good for some real fried chicken and biscuits. Both the mild and spicy fried chicken are worth eating, so you may as well order a combo that includes both. And don't worry if you can't handle too much spice, it's not gonna burn your face off. If you don't like their buttermilk biscuits, you should not be allowed to eat biscuits. Seriously goodness, people. As for the other sides, the cajun fries are decent and the beans and rice are good if you throw a little hot sauce in there.

First time tried. Absolutely the worst fish and chips we've ever had. Ordered the fish platter. Thought we would share it. Got this tiny box. Two small, small fried fish. Tasted like a salt lick. Inedible. 1/4 1/2 cup of overly sweet slaw. A biscuit that was again a salt lick. Fries. Nasty.
